After the news of engagement was solid, Lilian and Ubi went abroad to shop for their wedding clothes. There were even rumours that she was pregnant.
Now that they are back together and heading to the altar Lilian wants the relationship this time around to be on the low key, and not attract public attention.

Justin Bieber Says ‘So Many People Want To See Him Fall’

‘Boyfriend’ singer, Justin Bieber said he was “bad influence” for a time, and that even though he’s changed his behavior, people “just want to keep seeing me fall.”
Bieber makes the candid admission in an interview with Elvis Duran. The superstar sat down with the radio personality on Monday, and their chat will be broadcast on Friday’s “Elvis Duran and the Morning Show,” which airs on Z100 and is syndicated nation-wide. While the main point of the sit-down was to discuss Bieber’s new single, “What Do You Mean,” the conversation delved into some pretty deep topics.
Reflecting on some of his controversial past, Bieber says, “I mean, maybe I’m a bad influence, but for me I was like, ‘No, I’m going to do this until I feel like I shouldn’t be doing this.’ Maybe I was wrong, but that’s how I learn, and I feel like I’m much better for it.” He goes on to crack, “Would I do anything different? I would probably stay away from Miami.”
Miami, of course, was the site of Bieber’s infamous arrest last year. But over the last eight months or so, the singer has been working hard at rehabbing his image. It was a change that happened not through the repeated urging of the people in his life, but after Bieber himself had an epiphany. “It has to be on you. You have to make the conscious effort, because for me, so many times it was good people coming in my life and tugging at me, but I wasn’t ready,” he explains.
Bieber continues, “They’re like, ‘Justin, come on.’ But I wasn’t ready to take that leap and be like, ‘Okay, this is what I want to change, this is who I am, and this is not who I am.’ It takes moments of clarity to be like, ‘Oh, that’s why I’m not like this. That’s why I shouldn’t do this.’”
But now that Bieber has streamlined his life and the people in it, he’s still facing challenges. “I just want to be around people who I feel are supporting me, uplifting me, and making sure I’m the best version of myself, because there are so many people in this industry who just want to keep seeing me fall,” he tells Duran, further confessing that he has trust issues.
While the former child star doesn’t name-names, the 21-year-old admits, “I’ve trusted people who I probably shouldn’t have trusted before and they’ve hurt my heart. I’m a pretty sensitive guy, so I’ll lay it all on the line, and they’ll kind of pull it. So now I’m figuring out there’s certain people I can’t do that with.” And yet, Bieber advises, “Don’t let someone who ruined your trust ruin that next person’s chance to gain that trust. I think I let that affect me and change the way I looked at people for a while.”
The star further says to Duran, “There’s so many beautiful and amazing people who will encourage you, who will love you, who will not judge you. But I didn’t see that because I completely put myself over here. I still have moments where I’m like, ‘Yeah, people suck.’ And then I’ll have those moments of like, ‘No, people are awesome, and this is why I do what I do in the first place.’”

REVEALED: Foods That Are Dangerous To Your Health

Forget your waistline for a second; some of your food choices could actually affect your memory and cognitive abilities. Here are five foods to go easy on if you want to keep your wits.

Tofu: The soy controversy continues with a study that found an association between high tofu intake and an increased risk of cognitive impairment and memory loss, as researchers speculate that tofu’s phytoestrogens might affect brain function.

Sodium: While the debate about its effects on blood pressure and cardiovascular disease rages on, a study found that high levels of sodium intake paired with low levels of physical activity had a negative impact on cognitive abilities. People with lower sodium intake paired with lower physical activity levels showed slower cognitive decline than participants with high sodium levels and low physical activity. Happily, this is a reversible curse: regular exercise can counteract sodium’s negative effects on the brain, as well as the cardiovascular system.

Trans fats: The stuff could hurt your memory, as consuming more trans fat has been associated with difficulty remembering words!

Tuna: It’s quick, it’s easy, and it’s packed with protein for a post-workout meal. But your favourite fish could be impairing your mind. According to a study from the journal Integrative Medicine, people who eat more than three servings of species of fish that are high on the food chain — like tuna, grouper, snapper, bass, swordfish, and shark — each week (or more than four servings per month) are at risk for cognitive dysfunction. The culprit? High levels of mercury!

Saturated fat: Researchers at the University of Montreal found that rat diets high in saturated fat (when 50 percent of all calories come from an unhealthy fat, like palm oil or butter) impaired the functioning of their brain’s mesolimbic dopamine system — the part that controls motivation and wellbeing, and is often implicated in mood disorders, drug addiction, and overeating.

Boko Haram beheads 11 of its own members - witnesses

Abuja - Islamist group Boko Haram on Friday
beheaded 11 of its own fighter, said an official
representing witnesses to the killings.
The 11 were executed because they had left a
Boko Haram camp in Sambisa Forest and
wanted to surrender to the government, said
Mahmud Babagana from the National Union of
Road Transport Workers, members of which
were witnesses to the murders.
"The truth is that many of these guys are tired
of killing and are beginning to repent. But
[Boko Haram] won't let them do that," he
added.
The killings took place in Miringa village in
Borno state.
Meanwhile, two female suicide bombers on
Thursday killed 11 people on a roadside in
Borno state, according to the website Sahara
Reporters.
The Thursday killings followed those of about
150 people in Borno villages earlier in the
week.
New programme
"I'm finished, my world has crumbled," said
Bukar Baba Ibrahim from the village of
Kukawa, where about 100 people were
slaughtered in mosques and in their homes.
Ibrahim said he had lost his three children,
his father, his six siblings and his uncle in the
attack.
"Being alive does not have any meaning to me
now. I have lost all my people and I am all
alone, no relatives, no house, because they
burned our house with my people inside it. It
would have been better if I had not survived,"
he said.
European Union foreign policy chief Federica
Mogherini condemned the killings and
expressed confidence that "the Nigerian
authorities will continue to fight terrorism with
the utmost determination and urgency,
respecting rules for engagement."
Earlier this week, a government official said 47
former Boko Haram members had joined a
new programme allowing former terrorists to
become reintegrated into society.
Since 2009, Boko Haram has killed more than
10 000 people in northern Nigeria in its
campaign to establish an Islamist state.

Nigerian Students At OAU On Wednesday
In his message entitled “God’s Miracle
Working Power in your Life’’, the cleric said
God would always deliver and bless people
with the right attitude to living.
Quoting Mark 2:3-10, he said that a man with
paralysis, who could not help himself, was
determined to live even in the face of
despair, disease and difficulty.
Kumuyi said that although the stickman could
not get access to Jesus, he was not detered
but he was determined to get his part of
God’s blessings through Jesus Christ.
“When the sick man saw that the crowd could
not allow him access to Jesus, he looked up
and told his friends to look up and open the
roof to let him down from there,’’ he said.
Kumuyi told the congregation that they would
receive their miracles from God, and prayed
that they would remain in God to sustain
what they get from God.
